Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–20 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the products in your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional carrier fees may occur. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
